Two kitchens, one table

Here, the pupusa meets hummus. We serve the best of traditional Salvadoran food —freshly made pupusas, plantains with cream, sweet corn tamales and morro-seed horchata— alongside Israeli classics: hummus, shakshuka, falafel, sabich and bourekas.

Our Israeli cheese-and-hummus pupusa sums it up: a timeless Salvadoran recipe with a Tel Aviv accent.

  1. Chalavi & parve

A dairy kitchen with many parve dishes: fish, falafel, hummus, salads, cassava and more. No meat ever enters it.

  2. Bishul Israel

Everything cooked in our kitchen is Bishul Israel.

  3. Fresh fish

Fish & chips, ceviche and grilled fish, from the Pacific to your plate.
